need a help on how to split a video
i have a movie that has a messed up part somewhere near the beginning..its a mkv file..i was wondering if theres a way to cut that part out..thanks for any help

there's movie maker or virtual dub...
but i don't know if it can open mkv files.. maybe you have to convert it before.....
