Just bought a new laptop for school.
I just bought this:
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...521&CatId=2508 It's a cheap $599 laptop for taking notes, etc. while i'm in class. It's got a 64 bit processor, and built in wireless, other than that it's not too exciting. Anyone have experience with a similar computer? And anyone ever run 64 bit linux on a laptop? It comes with windows xp, but i'd rather run linux on it, to maximize it's performance. Or at the very least, dual boot it. So what do you guys think? |
