Check your system for spyware / adware with Spybot.

Get mozilla firefox. http://www.mozilla.org/products/fire...etup-0.9.1.exe
I had the same problem. But since I've been using mozilla instead of internet explorer, it has been fine.

Firefox is a good option to go with. I prefer Ad-Aware for my spyware removal tool. i actually use Spybot and Ad-Aware, but i've found that Ad-Aware works best for me!

I used adaware when I had the problem but it never fixed the problem. It has something to do with IE being poorly designed and easy to take advantage of.

if you've removed the spyware that the two programs detected and you're still getting the homepage issue, there might be a program you've intalled on the computer that sets the homepage in IE.
