Howdy,
Windows has decided for some reason to change the regional language setting to English (U.S) From English (U.K), to fix this, go into: Control Panel > Regional & Language Options > Languages > Details Set the default input language as English (U.K) and delete the installed service called English (United States). Works every time for me.
