Hello all.

A friend of mine who also has an ATi graphics card has informed me about a website called OmegaDrivers.net and supposably the ATi graphics drivers they offer for free download on that website give you the ability to get more FPS out of your card than the official ATi drivers could. Anyone else heard or even use these omega drivers and can vouch for their performance increase over the official drivers?

I've used them, but I didn't do any testing to see if they are better at gaming. I just played around with them to see if they were better for folding@Home, but didn't come to any real conclusion.

I've used them as well, and the only difference I saw was that you can tweak the settings more. Some people say it improves performance, but its probably because they lowered the texture settings which gives higher framerates.
