Default Error messages when installing Mobo

I'm trying to install a Gigabyte mobo to make a basic internet PC, but for some reason I keep getting the following message and I cant continue to install windows XP.

NTLDR Is Missing

F: Driver "EXTCD001 Unit 0"

Invalid Directory Specified F:\Dosmenu.Bat Missing

How do I go about fixing this?

The HD is new and formatted nothing on it.

I made the boot CD, but it is in a different language. I tried all the options, but I keep getting hung up on the damn "F:\Dosmenu.Bat Missing" message

Anyone else have any ideas? I have emailed Gigabyte and I'm still awaiting a response from them.
