T1 is REALLY expensive and is several hundred I know. And that's per month so I don't think it's very practical unless you run a school or office building.

I am going to bring this up to the owners of the building, cause it seems that they want to upgrade there internet, since all the other buildings are doing so.

I'm pretty sure it's $1200 a month

Yeah I know it can cost that much but I think there are some variables.

Plus $1200 is a couple hundred.

How do you plan on paying for a T1 connection?

You never really answer when I ask, but are you only having LAN parties every now and then with a few friends, or all the time with tons of people?

The building Iam hosting it, the people and myself who live there.
The building is looking for a better internet connection.
They do not have a 'price'. They've got money.

They....They....will be paying for it. Not myself....

in that case have an ISP run an OC48 or OC192 cable connection directly to your building, you will have killer bandwidth and ping like 10ms on every game you play.

I have no idea what that would cost either, I just know its extremely expensive
