I work with a non-profit youth sports league in Northern Virginia. Currently, we are using an online registration provider called CountMeIn but we have found their system to be slow and difficult to manage. Also, we are giving them $3.50 for each registration which is adding up to several thousands of dollars that our league could be using for equipment and child sponsorships.
What would you do if you were put in charge of setting up online registration on our league website with the following parameters: 1. Families must be allowed to register online and all of the data will be automatically imported into a workable database. 2. Families would have the option of paying online if they so desired. 3. The league can not pay a fee for each registration that comes in. A one time fee is fine for software or for hiring a professional to come in and work with the website. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Steve Arnold sarnold@loudoun.gov |
