where can i get free internet usage moniters?

i am thinking of changing suppliers and i was wondering what my internet usage was, this is just because i dont want to get a 10gb limit and find i am using 20-30gb??

it does need to be free though!?

wanadoo (now orange) had a bandwidth estimater thing to give you a rough idea depending on how much browsing and gaming you did

As far as I know, there is no way to solve this problem.
