Default Memtest gets hundreds of errors with 2 sticks but none with only 1 stick installed.

My computer freezes if I play any new game, and randomly reboots at will. No blue screens yet. I've ran both sticks independently and they are both fine after 12 passed but together I get errors immediatly. I've tried different slots and combos for everything. I've got a brand new antec truepower 650, EVGA 680i, 2gig a-data, no overheating issues, all drivers are updated, harddrive pass inspection. I just reformated and installed xp last week so I' working with a clean install. Please help I don't know were to go now.
