Default S.M.A.R.T readings

Since last week, I always check the SMART readings for my HD everyday!
But since two days ago, the value for 'Spin Up Time' +1 every day!
Is this good or not?

Spin up time is only a problem if it is low. Low values indicate that a drive is taking longer than it should to spin the platters up to the rated speed.
