I have the famous Pink Floyd poster of 6 beautiful women, naked sitting at the end of a pool, each with an album cover painted on their backs...

I have a rare Concert poster of the Doors and Steppenwolf.

and I have a poster that shows only shows the blood vessels of an entire human arm (will have to take a picture and post it.. its pretty cool!)

ok well.....

Turner - Fighting Temeraire - its an amazing classic, although based on an actual event that turner witnessed its reported that its fairly false due to a lot of changes but its still just a wonder to look at the real thing and look at the subtle nuances.

Salvador Dali - the temptation of st anthony - dali's surrealist work can sometimes beggar belief and you can stare at them for ages trying to work out whats going through his mind at the time of painting.

Rubens - massacre of the innocents - quite macabre painting but very poignant at the same time. pretty impressive impressions of the human form.

turner - shipwreck of the minotaur - (can you tell i like turner) another wonderful maritime painting, not quite as detailed as the temeraire but still a wonderful look at the power of the see and the fantasy of whats contained within.

Van gogh - starry night - one of the most reproduced paintings of all time and with good reason, its a wonderfully simplistic painting but van goghs manages to turn this simlicity into something more complex...

probably my top 5 there

just to note also, Some of Leonardo Da Vinci's technical drawings make wonderful pictures to put on walls too, things like his anatomical drawings of the human body or his various inventions could easily be classified as art in themselves
