Default System Taskbar HANG!!!

I reliase that my taskbar and my windows folder hand veru easily this few days .. i had scan for virus and spyware defrag system check and it still happen .. sometime iTune take more than a min to run after i click it and my folder respond slowly and system IDE get up to 60%++ easily without much programs running can you guy help me out with this issue ? thank you

Are you overclocking? Sometimes when I have pushed the clocks abit too far, I experience the problem that you have described.

i used to overclock but i had set everything back to it default ..

yes.. its still lagging.. desktop hang at times .. things respond abit slower

How long were you overclocking for? And at what speed? Some damage could have been done, who knows.
