Default Urgent! Help Needed...

ok so here's the problem ..

i installed partition magic 8 to create a new hard disk out of the empty space in my local disk ... after i applied the changes in partition magic , the pc restarted and it started defracting before logging in to windows ... but before the defracting was completed i got the "error 4 while executing Batch Error 4 Bad argument / parameter" ... so i restarted the pc and as it was booting i got the start windows using safe mode or normal mode thing .. but i couldnt move the keyboard! so it went to normal mode by itself .. windows loader screen appeared for like 2 seconds and then the pc restared by itself ... and it repeated the same process over and over again .. i couldnt move the keyboard .. though it worked when i entered bios ..

i know this kinda complicated but does anybody of u have ideas? any help is much appreciated

thanks
