Im looking for a Laptop, and I found this company based in canada who sells some pretty sweet machines... They even Have some higher end parts in them. anyways, i found that the cheapest laptop is $699 CAD, and it has exactly what i need, but i wanted to know if anyone has heard good things about MDG Computers.

I am only using this laptop for literally, only one program.

So is this the one for your DJing? As long as you don't plan putting all your music on that 80GB HDD you're fine from what I can tell. What program are you going to be running?

ya it will be for Djing.

The program is Called Serato Scratch Live by the Rane Corp. It uses a peice of hardware and two records that transmit a tone... it lets me play any .mp3 or .wav file as if it were pressed on vinyl. Its kinda like a joystick, you move the joystick, it moves the tiem on the game, or in this case the song on the program.

And im planning on getting an external HDD as well, just gunna use the 80 gig for the time being.
