Quick, what's the answer to the question?

Which of these should be disabled before starting an operating system upgrade?

System tray
Network clients
Print spooler
Anti-virus programs

Only one of them needs to be disabled but I don't know which one...... (I'm taking a test....)

Crap, I put Anti-virus programs on the basis that it might conflict with the download.......
