Default Ocing on ga-945pl-s3?

I'm quite interesting in Ocing my system, but I'm not sure how the best way to go about it would be.

Also one thing That I find wierd is this site says you can't get stock speeds out of C2D's becuase of the 800mhz FSB yet mine i running at stock speed without an issue.

So yeah, how would I go about ocing this in the easiest way. Idle temp is 28C and under load is 34C right now.
