Minimum Requirements
CPU: Athlon 64 3000+/Intel 2.8ghz
Graphics: Nvidia 6200 or ATI X1300 - Shader Model 2.0
RAM: 768MB on Windows XP or 1GB on Windows Vista
HDD: 6GB
Internet: 256k+
Optical Drive: DVD
Software: DX9.0c with Windows XP

Recommended Requirements
CPU: Dual-core CPU (Athlon X2/Pentium D)
Graphics: Nvidia 7600 or ATI X1600 Pro (SM 3.0) or DX10 equivalent
RAM: 1.5GB+
HDD: 6GB
Internet: 512k+ (128k+ upstream)
Optical Drive: DVD
Software: DX9.0c with Windows XP
According to this Crysis will run good on about mediumish settings on my comp. My CPU might be holding me back a little, which makes me one a new one even more.

I'm not sure about the accuracy on these specs, but I'll be happy if it ran like that on my comp

I heard that with dual 8800GTX's with Crysis, they only got about 40fps maxed out.

.............There is know way that game would run good on a 7 series! Hell, you need a nice card just to play F.E.A.R. on hi res and max settings! Did they even include when adding at least 8x AA??? They only look to have be using 4x!

My Comp runs FEAR flawless... without ANY hiccups. While having programs open. My car is sorta nice... many cards better then this one.

I heard that DX10 is ground breaking because it's easier on the comps and of course... the graphics. Like FEAR in DX10 would run better with less then on DX9 (If that could happen... only theory here).

I hope so though... I am hoping that my current system + Vista + DX10 Card will be able to play a lot of games on max settings.

according to this source I'm in about the same boat as you, although I'm not sure I'm even going to like the game personally with all of the body armor and weapon attachments and different bullets it all seems way to complicated I prefer a simple shooter with a couple of easy to understand and practical weapons

My Card runs FEAR on high settings too, with x2 AA, I don't think it's much of a problem theses days, you normally just need to lower the settings a bit and you're fine.
