I'm struggling to understand why it RECOMMENDS Direcx 9.0c when it jsut recommended a DX10 graphics card and is a full DX0 game... seems really dumb. Where did these come from?

Anyway, seems my new rig will handle it perfectly, tasty!!!

lol i seriusly doubt a Nvidia 6200 on the minimum specs list would handle Crysis.

Well i read somewhere else, dont remember were though. But it said that they were gonna make the game playable on 3 year old computers. So you dont have to have a top of the line pc to play it. Probably false info but i'm not sure.

That's a good idea on their part. I always wished that they would do that when I had my old rig, but now I don't think i'll have too much trouble.

Makes sense that they wouldn't sales to those who can only buy 300.00 plus graphics cards.

I am glad and stand proven from what I have been saying about dx10, that it is not going to take over gaming all of a sudden, it will take a few years IMO.

Once again, these are estimates only and are no way official. I just want to makesure that is clear. However, if you have a graphics card similiar in performance to, or better than a 7800GTX, then expect to play Crysis quite nicely ( presuming your other system specs are up to scratch ).

I will update this page as more accurate information becomes available. Until then, this is the best reference available. If you have information that may be more accurate than this, please contact me via the enquiry contact form.
Look again. Right under the requirements. They are just estimates.
