Unhappy Generic win32 stuff error O_o

Situation: I boot up, everything is fine. I'm playing Oblivion...it minimizes and a message comes up

"Right" I think to myself, I don't bother sending the error report.
I close Oblivion and open media player...No sound when I play music. I click on the little speaker on the bottom right hand corner of the screen:

(I cant remember the exact error message, but It says something about a mixer not being found and adding one to the printer section of control panel)

Okay...

My internet is also not working, the connection icon is still active, only when I double click it to check its status, it flashes then dissappears just as fast.

Reset my computer and everything is fine for a matter of minutes. (maybe 10-15)

It doesn't only happen when I'm playing oblivion, it has also happened during Warcraft III online (Caused me to hang ) and it happens if I boot up and leave the computer Idle.

I read something online about this problem being caused by old HP printer and scanner drivers...I don't have any printer or scanner installed to this computer at all. I'm really confused, I would GREATLY appreciate some help.

Thanks in Advance!

P.S.

Try close port 135 and 445.

"How to close port 445

Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) by clicking Start menu, and then click the Run icon.
In the small box that Opens, type: regedit then click the OK button.
The Registry Editor will now have opened…
Locate the following key in the registry:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NetBT\Param eters
In the right-hand side of the window find an option called TransportBindName.
Double click that value, and then delete the default value, thus giving it a blank value.

How to close port 135

The you must now navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\OLE
You will see there is a String Value called: EnableDCOM
Set the value to: N (it should currently be Y)
Close the Registry Editor.
Shutdown and Restart your computer."

Remember to back up your system before any change in registry!!
