Default Overclocking Ram

I have 768MBs of ram is there any way to OC that and make it seem like 1 Gig?

I have 1 DIMMI: 256 PC3200 DDR SDRAM
and one DIMMI: 512 PC3200 DDR SDRAM

Simple answer = NO

Overclocking the RAM will only make it run faster, not give it more capacity.

Exactly. You can overclock it slightly, but it will in no way increase it to 1GB, or make it "seem" like you have 1GB. In most cases you cant even tell the difference when you overclock RAM.
