Default Got hit by spyware!

Hey everyone .. I got hit by spyware after messing up with some dodgy website.
I try to install/open spyware doctor but I get the following error:

"Cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version File "HHCTRL.OCX", function "HtmlHelpA" (error 126)"

And I get some kind of other error when i install/open Webroot Spy Sweeper.

It's kind of not letting me install any spyware removal application!

My McAfee VirusScan Cannot find any viruses.

And I even found out that when i try to open the Add/Remove Windows Components from the control panel I get a sysocmgr.exe error.

Any help much appreciated!!

Just seen this "trustincontext.dll"
O2 - BHO: ContextualAds Class - {3AAC4C68-AFC8-11DB-80EF-8AF955D89593} - C:\Program Files\TrustIn Contextual\trustincontext.dll

And this is how to remove it:
http://www.spywareremove.com/removet...ontextdll.html

Also you might want to wait for someone else with more experience to go though your log more throughly.

I downloaded and installed all three.. made a full system scan... they found a couple of unwanted registries and stuff like that and fixed them, but the problem is still the same .. nothing happened.

I installed the spyware scanner and made a full system scan. It found the TrustIn and some other stuff and I cleaned them up. But still I get the same error. I think there are some other infected files that are causing this problem!

try running a scan or scans in safe mode. is reformatting an option for you? if nothing else seems to work, you may want to if you can.
