Recheck all connections going to the board itself. Did you plug in the four wire 12v feed required for the cpu? That will stall a system right there. If all connections are intact you have simply received a bad board. A bad cpu would generally result in a constant repeated beeing or visual alert onsceen. With the board having power going through to the video card there isn't really anything else to look at.

Look at the last picture you posted... http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o...7/P3070061.jpg There is a connector, a header right beside the heatsink/fan on the cpu and right where you connected the PSU cables unto the mobo. There is a four header power connector which isn't pluged in. For Intel C2D/Dual Core/P4 CPU's it's required! Find on your PSU cables a small four pin header/connector and plug it in! See if that works!?

Umm your hard drive in the first pic seem to be connected.
I've had a similar problem with my old computer. What happend was I replaced the optical drive and cleaned out the dust and removed the memory and when I reinstalled the memory it was doing the samething and in then end my 128mb stick wasnt working only my 64mb stick, so why dont you try moving the memory stick into one of the other slots or even trying a different stick of memory, and maybe connect the HDD

And you had power connected to it? Made sure the monitor was plugged in correctly on both ends? Power to absolutely everything?
