Ive recently re-installed windows xp professional on my laptop although it used to have xp home. I had to re-install drivers for sound card, graphics etc but i tried to install the software for my wireless card and it wont work and i get an error saying its not passed the windows compatibilty logo or somethin like that? Its a belkin wireless g plus notebook card so i dont know why its not being found?

did you install the 64bit version of windows xp? that would require a whole new driver and then your wireless card may not be supported....
I would recommend you download everest home edition from here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html You can install this application on a usb pen drive since it is self contained. Take your pen drive over to your laptop and run the application. Find out exactly what version of the wifi card you have and then go to belkin's website and download and install. |
