Motherboard Audio Connection Problems

I am new to computer building everything works fine but when i went to connect my cases front audio connections to the motherboard i am lost.

can you help?

Here is a scan from my motherboards manual and a list of things i need to connect.

Here are the connectors i need to connect:
Mic Power
MIC in
L Out
R Out
Ground
R Ret
L Ret

oh sorry it is upside down must have scanned it the wrong way round, can you label the picture that says JAUD1 with what goes where. soz about the picture

can't read anything so can't really help maybe try reposting the picture but bigger?

Here is the picture, if it is too small then right click and save the image, you need to do that to label it if you don't mind then post the new version with labels of where i should connect various connectors.

sorry guys how can i make the picture appear bigger the actuall picture is way bigger than that
