How do I get it to take pictures every couple seconds, and save them into a folder?

When in FRAPS, click on the "screenshots" tab, then click "repeat screen capture every ## seconds".

Alright then how do I know if its activated, like while playing.

You press the F10 button while in the game and it should start taking screen shots. Just make sure you have Fraps running before you load the game.
