- You are probably right in thinking the 350W PSU isnt enough juice for the A64 and the AIW. I'd reccomend a 400W+ PSU by a reputable maker (Thermaltake, Entec, Vantec etc)

- Another possibility is that something may be shorting out between your mobo and your case: you might try to boot up with the mobo and stuff not inside the case.

Very true, some motherboards (and their chipsets) are very picky as to the voltage of the AGP card; something worth looking into
