GLSTech

I have about 15 computers on the network and they all can connect to each other with no problem, but there is one computer that i am having problems with. It cannot connect to any computer by name, but if i try connecting by ip address it will connect (ex. if i search the network for my server i cant find it but if i search for my server by ip address it finds it in a heartbeat). The DNS is correct and there is no firewall. Can anybody help Me please, i'm going crazy over here. Thanks
