Default battlefield 2 issues

i just got my video card and wanted to see how it would play battlefield 2 and for some reason, i can have all the settings on HIGH on 1280 x 1024 resolution at 60 htz, but it won't let me turn on anti aliasing. i change it and when i hit apply, it just reverts back to "Off" anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is? my specs are in my signature. thanks!
