Blue Screen : srescan.sys . need help

I went to yahoo and search 'srescan.sys' , it is a process that belongs to the software srescanner by Zonelabs ,LLC . It is a not a core Window file.

Sometimes when I execute my game Maplestory , it turns to a blue screen and show this error ' page_fault_in_nonpaged_area then sres.sys under it.

Any idea what is this and how can I solve this issue?

You using zonealarm firewall by zonelabs?
If so try disabling then run the game, see if that helps.

ya zonealarm by zonelabs...is it possible to just disable the cause of the problem?the srescan.sys thing

if i disable I would be vulnerable to viruses attack? =/ or i just turn on windows firewall?
