I'm having trouble with my 'My Documents' folder because whenever I try to access it I get the message:
'The instruction at "0x73757020" referenced memory at "0x73757020". The memory could not be "read".' and then 'Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' I sent the error report but I don't think that really does anything helpful. I also ran Symantec AntiVirus and Scan Disk for C:\ and nothing came up and there was no solution with scan disk. I can't access any of the files in My Documents through other programs either like Word or Excel. Any ideas?? Any help is appreciated |

I've also run Abexo Registry Cleaner and restarted with no solution.
I also tried restarting in Safe-Mode and seeing if I could open My Documents, but still got the same error message. Last edited by Zeppelin356; 03-20-2007 at 03:10 AM. |
