Hi There...
First off let me just say that this thread has been allowed by CF moderators and I don't want to spam you guys!! I'd just like to introduce myself and my company, ask for some feedback from prospective customers, and maybe give you guys some input into the design of our future products. My name is Rob and I'm Marketing Manager for Everki Notebook Cases. Our goal is to build notebook and digital accessory cases that are a little different than the normal 'plain black bag'. We build bags that are designed to be light and comfortable to wear yet can carry and organize everything that you need to be within reach. Some of our designs are a little different than what's out there currently and we have lots of solutions for smaller 12" or 13" notebooks like the Fling which is perfect for a 13" Macbook. In any case, please poke around our site and if you're interested check out the "where to buy" page for retailers in your area (or online). Post here, email, or PM me with any comments, suggestions, or questions you might have! We always love to hear back from our customers so who knows, we might name our next bag after you Cheers! very good website, easy to navigate looks very professional.
One of the biggest things I would look at in a bag like this would be durability. laptop bags get kicked about a lot. It may be worth adding a a few comments on how extensively you have tested the durability of the bags. A minor point. Also you may want to offer some kind of guarantee that the bag wont fail due to manufacturing error, it adds consumer confidence.

Thanks... we are redesigning the site now so I will add some of the content you suggested.
About durability - we offer a lifetime warranty against materials and manufacturing defects which hasn't yet been posted on our site. As bags are a very 'touchy-feely' product, making the user experience positive and memorable is one of our top priorities. We test every bag for comfort, functionality, and "wear" before we mass produce them (that's why every friend or family member of an everki employee carries an everki bag ). When we find something that could be better, we make the change right away. So really our bags are perpetually being tested, and are therefore constantly evolving and improving. Every production run we make small changes to material or design that improves the bag in some way.In addition, we use nylon for 99% of our bags which wears much better than polyester or other materials. It won't fray or collect dust or moisture. |
