Serial ata external options

Ok well there are some enclosures available but no one seems to ship to Canada
I would really like to get a spio enclosure but i cant find any site that ships to Canada any suggestions?

Another option i was thinking about was maybe buying Serial ATA Laptop CardBus Card to plug into my laptop and then just buy a regular serial ata enclosure instead of a serial ata enclosure that changes to USB 2.0
any suggestions there?
