I am using joomla.
I have banner but i want it to be more graphical and smaller...
It was made in cs2, grey backround, red letters...and it takes up half the page.

So what tips or tuts. will get my site looking great, and have a forum, for my site. With a link to it on my site. For better contact info and stuff.

For the design, it's basically your design, so what suites you. No clue as to how it even looks like either. Grey with red letters? For tutorials, you can just check tutorial sites such as good-tutorials and find a design that you like. A banner half a page isn't really a banner.
