Mazda is Japanese, but the best place to find the best deal would just be around you. People often sell cars that they are just wanting to get rid of for less than they are worth, just cruise around and see if you find any for sale, or check your classifieds.

I can find a car for 3k but i want to know what type of company cars will the parts be cheap just incase the car engine or transmission parts brake down. That way it dont cost me more then my car price to replace them. Also that will be easy on me with my insurance.

As long as you don't get full coverage, which you really shouldn't if all you're driving is a 3k car, then the type of car doesn't usually make a difference.

Also, while I'm sure some parts are cheaper than others, I don't think that the difference in companies would play that big of a role... all car parts are expensive.

I personally would go for a Japanese brand (we have three different models and brands). Also, please do not refer to Japanese brands as "jap" companies. "Jap" is a derogatory term.

for sure get a japanese car. American cars don't hold up as well as japanese. A honda will last you forever.
