Why don't you buy a Dimension E520 with the C2D 6400? They have a 25% off coupon right now so you could get a system like that with the e6400 and 2gigs of ram for under $840+tax(just built one on their site) The code is N3GVCQPP11CG9J and the only thing is the video card would be a little lower grade, but with the money you saved you could probably get an 8800 DX10 card and still be at about the same money that you would have spent on that XPS system, plus you got a better processor and double the ram....just a thought
