Aight, got a brand new laptop from cyberpowerpc.com

2.33 Ghz intel core duo processor, oc'd to 2.4
2048Mb Ram, corsair (2x 1gb)
nVidia GeForce 7600 go graphics card
17" 5:4 ratio screen (1440x1050)
Maxed their specs for the best notebook they had.

I dont play EXTREME games... i like the slower games anyway.. im into CSS and BF1942. I just cant STAND slow computer, i just want a responsive and lag free computer. When i click something, it damned well better open. I did want to upgrade the graphics card, but its the best they offered, thats what people say my problem is gonna be. Got McAfee and AVG antiviruses. (lil fun, got the Logitech MX revolution, has more buttons than i can figure out! very nice mouse, 2k DPI, of wireless mouses, this is the best if you use it for gaming, has a recharging stand, i throw it on at night, even though the mouse has a 36 hour battery life, very awesome mouse!)

ran me about 17-1800 for the core unit. got a carrying case, and a buncha other stuff, so yea about 1800. i know i could have gotten a much better desktop... (LIKE A FRIGGIN 2.93 QUAD CORE DESKTOP) but i really do need the mobility.

if im not mistaken, i got a better lap top than you got a desktop and paid a lil less? not sure, but my MX wireless is very nice, i just wrote a review on it, check it out

I paid a little more for a better video card though.
And my desktop was around $1500. And its great.

yea, your vid card is a little better, i usually see laptops for about 1.5x more, but not a bad rig you got there! might think of upgrading the memory

Yeah.
I am considering that.
If I do, then Ill get more into CSS server hosting.

But yeah...

I just need to buy another copy of css and a cooling pad.
Ill buy that tomorrow though.

another copy of css? steam buddy, steam. Yea, I don't see why i should personally host a server.. your computer has always gotta be on, premium fees, used up ram etc.. but i wish you luck on it

And setting up a server the way I am. Is Itll be on for CF tournaments, and special occasions. And itll be free since I set it up. Opposed to renting it.
