Default Q about laptop battery

Ok, so I know that if you use your laptop while the battery is charging, it can ruin the life of the batter, but what if I use the laptop while it's plugged in, and the battery is fully charged (light is blue instead of orange), is this ok, or is it basically the same thing?

I use my laptop while it's charging all the time.....

If the battery stops charging i'll get another one... not the end of the world

i've never heard about it being bad for it, tho.

Yeah, well I kinda don't wanna spend $150 on a battery cause of something I did. Would love to know if this is safe for the battery.

If you wanna knit pick, it's probably bad for the battery every time you use your computer.

Pull the battery out, if you're worried about it.

That wont ruin your battery if you use your laptop while you are charging the battery. I do it all the time and my battery is still going strong. And if your battery is fully charged and you leave it plugged it in it wont do any damage either.

It is ok to use your laptop while charging battery but when the battery is done charging take it out because once it is full charged it still trickle charges whitch will shorten your battery life

that link says if you keep your battery at 100% capacity at over 60 degrees celcius, it'll reduce battery life 30% in 3 months!

Jeez.
