Default laptop charger

A friend of mine lost her charger for her laptop a while back and she couldn't find one online. I went on and found one but I don't know anything about the kind of requirements needed for a charger (ex: watt reqs) and I've heard that a charger with a different wattage than your laptop can do some serious damage. I have no desire to be responsible for recommending a charger to my friend that permanently damages her laptop.

Here is the charger that I found online:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16842207001

I am pretty sure this will work (it says universal lol) but I just wanted a second opinion. Better safe than sorry.

Thank you

Wal-Mart sells universal chargers for cheap.
(I work there and people ask for them all day long, so I know)

They're in most walmarts.
unlike some other items.

Universal laptop chargers ARE NOT universal. They are just available on multiple models of laptops, and no offense Hass, but I wouldn't but one from Wal-Mart. Let us know what make and model the laptop is, and we'll find one for ya...
