Sometimes you can change it buy unplugging your modem and replugging it back in. Cable is supposed to be dyanmic IP but i found that it often isnt so even if you unplug it plug it back in you get the same IP. Worth a try though. Other than that (or calling the ISP), not much you can do since control of the IP is outside of your control
