Default PC Dead - Help me Please

Ok, so I left my CD tray open like a tard, and bumped into it while looking for my copy of battle for middle earth.

When I looked up my screen was frazzeled. When I restarted the computer, all the fans came on, but the bios screen didn't come up at all. I popped open the case, changed out the graphics card, nothing happened. I checked all the plugs to make sure nothing was loose, because that happened to me once before after moving it. I checked all the ram, all the plugs, the processor, everything.

Now, I am overclocking my 6800GS slightly, but my RAM is underclocked because the stock MB won't run my Crucial Ballistix PC 3200 at 333ghz. My hard drive is always defragged and in good shape. I've been expecting the powersupply to go out because it's only 350W, and i've added the 6800GS overclocked, a Gig of the Ballstix, and 3 92mm fans all which originally weren't on it.

All the fans start up when I press the power button, the LED comes on, and all the lights on my media card reader light up and stay on, the same way it did when the MB plug came loose. It's almost as if the MB isn't gettting any power at all. so I wonder, can just one rail of the power supply go out, and other things keep working? Could I have fried the MB? Because it doesn't seem like it's the HDD, RAM, or Processor, and i've already tried switching out the graphics card.

Please help save me from paying someone $1-200 to tell me which $50 part I need to replace.

Thanks!!!!

You might have knocked something in the drive causing it to short... try unplugging the IDE and power cables from the drive you knocked into.

yeah, i'll try that. I've been reading all day here at work, so i'm going to try to play w/ it again tonight when I get home. Unfortunatly, none of the radio shacks around here have the PSU tester in stock.

I don't know if there is a such thing as a 'PSU' tester... at least not commercially available. Most people just use multimeters.

Yeah, Radio Shack has one made by Thermaltake on their website. I just wanted to get it on my way home and not wait for it to ship.
