Motherboard Assistance

When I turn the motherboard on an annoying message keeps coming up tahts says cpu fan is to slow or something like that but the fan is clearly fast enough and it says go into setup to disable this message can someone help me to do that

when you start the computer and press what ever key it says to enter bios/setup and look for the section with fan controllers I believe
