What graphics card are you planning to run? It's good to factor that into the PSU choice. At any rate don't get the rosewilll, they don't make good power supplies. I'm not sure about the other one.
Suggestions
XClio Stablepower 500 Watt....69.99

Ok thanks about the rosewill, I'll edit the post with another one...
Once more DX10 cards come out I'll want to get one of those, cost dependant. For now I may just use my ole' Radeon X700 256mb.

EDIT: 1st PSU Changed

lol.... OK updated the PSU. One of the main things I'm wondering is if the mobo will fit into the case?

ok thanks, didn't know if it was size specs down to tenths of inches for mobo compatibility...
Just as a reference... what wattage power supply would I need if i were to get the 8800gtx (I dont plan on getting this, don't have the money anyway) but I just want to know what it would need to run along with everything else I have listed.

I think watts matter but not much...
I also think what matters is whats on the +12 v rail
But have some patience till an expert comes
