Yeah, It looks Ok.

Have you looked at any of the Gigabyte boards, you can get a D3 for a pretty good price.

It looks perfect, especially as it has a great amount of ram slots. But as kornowski said, you could find a cheaper one.better item for around the same price

This is a great board and it isn't that much more expensive than the one you showed us. Gigabyte are a really popular make, lot's of people on CF use them. I'm using the board I've linked to in my next build.

Just out of interest, with that board in the link, what is the difference between pci-e 1x and pci? i always thought that pci was the 1x

It's a port like PCI but it's really, really short, only about an inch long.
