Default Windows Vista Problem

I have Windows Vista 32 bit Home Premium installed in the computer in my sig and I cant get it to connect to the internet. How do I do that? It says something to change the Network discovery to on and when I do that it wont stay on it turns off again. Does anybody know whats wrong?

It sounds like you need to add a new device by first aquiring the drivers needed for the type of connection you have. Are you on dialup, dsl, or cable? Once you have the network adapter, Lan, or model drivers installed properly you then configure the user name and password provided by the ISP. I was certainly relieved to see the old 98 drivers used for dsl work with the same version of Vista here without a need for an updated set.
