You might be able to add sound to it with Windows Movie Maker. I am not an expert with that program, but I have used it a little bit. You might be able to import the video there, and then import some sound files in the background and get them to play at the same time if that is what you want to do. I would play around with it a little bit and see if that helps. I am sure there is a way that you can do it, I just don't know how.
