Exclamation I am a little bit confused

I have a processor that supports windows xp 64 bits, but my motherboard does not supports 64 bits!!!!
I am confused or maybe I do not know something..
The thing is that my motherboard does not support xp with 64 bits but the processor does.

still, am I going to be able to install xp with 64 bits?

well, according to the manufacturer of the motherboard.......... 64 bit is not supported

on the motherboard itself.

i thought that if the processor is 64 capable it does not really matter if the mop does not supports 64 bits ........ right

i do not really know if this is true
