Default quick question about speakers...

ive only had one pair of speakers so im guessing they are all the same. would these speakers go into the jack i have my current speakers in?

We can't read you mind.
Do you have a 5.1 soundcard?

Surround sound speakers use more than one audio output from your computer. It uses a few, which your computer probably has. It uses the normal green connector, plus a pink connector and a black connector.

on the sound card i posted earlier it has a black and green but no pink connector. it has blue and orange ones though...
but do i have to get the card since it has all of those connectors on my motherboard?

No, like I said your mobo probably supports surround sound. If you have all the required ports, you don't need to buy an additional sound card.

Not really...some people claim to notice a difference, but its not a huge deal. If you have the money, sure, go buy one. But it's doesn't make a big, if any, difference.
