It's hard to say since each set is different, but I guess if you raise the voltage enough and loosened up the timings then it might be possible.

Thats like asking for fast can I run? No seriously, it depends on the actual sticks itself. If you loosened my timings a lot, and upped the voltage until kingdom come, maybe you could do that, yes.
