Right,
So soon, I'll be selling some stuff to prepare for a new build... Here's what there'll be: AMD Athlon XP 2400+ - Never been overclocked 2 X 512MB PC2700 DDR RAM - Never been overclocked ASRock K7NF2-RAID Motherboard - Only about 2 months old, but still used. COLORSit 400watt PSU - +12v = 20A Compaq Presario S500UK Case and original motherboard and PSU How much do you think I'd get for them? Would it be better to sell them induvidualy or make a computer and sell it as a whole? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ important I do ocasionally get empty BSOD, this points to a hardware failure: http://wer.microsoft.com/responses/R...9668f40eb#here but It's either my HDD as, one time after it happened it made a clicking noise, or maybe the CPU as it's about 4 years old, I don't know though ![]() This'll probably kill any chances of a sale but I thought I'd get it out there. The RAM, PSU, MOBO and Case are all fine!

How much would you want for the RAM, and how much would you want for everything (minus the case... shipping isn't worth it for regular cases)?

I don't know how these prices are but here goes, let me know what you think of them, too high or low
![]() I also forgot to mention that the RAM is made by PNY. ---------------------------------------------------------------- PNY RAM about £30 = $59. The Athlon XP 2400+, around £30 = $59. ASRock MOBO, £30 = $59 PSU, £15 = $30 I don't know how much shipping would be? ![]() ----------------------------------------------------------------- The MOBO, CPU and RAM are in my computer at the moment, but when I get my new computer (end of April) these will be ready to sell... Also, you know that I live in the UK?

I thought they may of been a bit too high.
About the RAM though: http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_g...asterid=689147 http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...ct_code=310270 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ion=512+PC2700 Didn't think it was a bad deal for the two considering one is that price? I'll edit the original post

mate,Build a whole system out of those parts using the Compaq Presario S500UK Case and sell it in the Bargian pages.
you should be able to get at least £200 for a whole machine with those specs. Would you be selling your x850 GFX card because your getting that new 7900 or whatever it was you was gonna get for your new build right?

I don't know what the motherboard is on the Compaq case.
So you think it's better to sell it as a whole system? Yeah, I will be, but I have a friend thats interested in buying it for £60.

yeah i think you should take the old mobo out of your compaq case,Put in your ASRock MOBO,Athlon,Memory,Psu.
Dunno if that Asrock mobo will fit in the compaq case though ? then sell the whole pc as i think if you sell each part individually something might not sell and then your stuck with it. i take it your re-using your cd drives out of your current pc so buy a cheapo dvd drive and stick it in the compaq case also to finish it off. well thats what i would do,I think you would make extra cash doing it that way.
